Introducing RWK Goodman LLP
Royds Withy King and Goodman Derrick will merge on 1 May 2022.
Royds Withy King is a Top 100 UK firm with a focus on sustainable growth across its core Commercial, Private and Injury practice areas and specialist sectors. The merger is a significant step forward, extending the breadth and depth of expertise and specialist services available to clients of both firms, and strengthening our position both domestically and in relation to inward investment from overseas clients.
The merged firm, which will be known as RWK Goodman LLP, will continue to trade from Royds Withy King’s current offices across the South West, Thames Valley and from its Carter Lane offices in London. Graham Street will continue as Managing Partner and Goodman Derrick’s Senior Partner Edward Hoare and Chief Operating Officer Mark Jones will join the firm's Executive Committee. Your relationship contacts will remain as they currently are and there will be no significant changes to the firm's strategic focus, service levels or basis of operations.
