LOCAL MORTGAGE ADVISER CELEBRATES OVER 200 GOOGLE REVIEWS

Independent mortgage broker TED Mortgages celebrates receiving over 200 google reviews making it Swindon's most recommended mortgage broker on the global platform.

The reviews have come as a reward for the team due to the amount of hard work and time they have put into making the business thrive and grow.

It was mortgage expect Tom Brennan, who decided to quietly start his own business in May 2018 and was later joined by his former colleague Chris Blackwell, now a company director. The pair decided to start the business from their homes, way before the pandemic made that a regular ‘thing’. Their USP was being independent, offering free impartial advice to best suit each client’s individual needs.

Unlike many other businesses, the pandemic has meant a huge surge in activity for Tom and Chris who have now been joined in the business by two other advisers, also working remotely. 

Tom said: “At the start of the pandemic, like many other business owners we were uncertain how the unprecedented situation would impact our business. However what we’ve seen is an uplift in demand, partly because this life-changing period of time has prompted people to make different life choices around working from home, where they live and what they want from their lives.”

Reaching over 200 reviews on Google (209 in fact at time of writing) has come as an immense delight and shown the four-strong team that their hard work and determination has been worth it.

Now due to the continued support from their customers and their reviews, Chris, aged 28, has been able to give back to the community by recently donating new kit to Wroughton Youth Football Club’s Under 8s Wolves team and by sponsoring the senior team, and the whole junior section of the Swindon St George rugby league club.
