NEW SERVICE FOR BUSINESSES CAPTURES PHOTOS AND VIDEO ALL IN ONE
Businesses wanting to capitalise on growing demand for quality video and photography can take advantage of a new service from two Wiltshire business owners.
Brand photographer Elizabeth Donovan has teamed up with videographer Pam Jones to launch One Shoot, combining photography and video into one session.
With Google, social media and customers all expecting quality video and photos from companies, One Shoot allows business owners to cover off both at once.
Elizabeth, who runs Brand Photography by Elizabeth, and Pam, owner of Eight Interactive, already had mutual clients when they hit on the idea of teaming up for One Shoot.
“Working alongside Pam, we realised we had very similar processes and ways of working with clients,” said Elizabeth.
“To get the best from a photoshoot and a video shoot we both have to plan, think about location, setting and wardrobe. We also know how time-consuming it can be for our clients to prepare and get ready, as well as to participate. So, with One Shoot, rather than going through all this twice – once for photos and once for videos – they just have the one session.”
The pair say combining photos and videos at One Shoot also enables consistency of look and brand visuals.
Pam added: “We have a similar approach in that we want to tell our clients’ business stories through visuals. A lot of business owners lack that camera confidence, so we can help get them over that within one shoot using our combined expertise.
“Photos and video content are equally important. People expect to see good photos and video, and social media and Google demand content.”
Through Eight Interactive, Pam offers a range of digital content and video services to businesses, including animated explainer videos, software demo videos and filmed video.
Elizabeth, who has a background in marketing and design, combines her knowledge of marketing and branding with her photography skills, to create images for clients which capture their brand identity.
One Shoot locations will vary, depending on the client’s requirements. Pam said: “We’re looking for businesses which are established, have a website, are active on at least one social media platform, and which want to take their marketing to the next level.”
Pam and Elizabeth are looking for their first One Shoot clients, and are currently offering the service at the discounted rate of £850. The full price is £1,050. With One Shoot, businesses receive a gallery of photos, and a business promotion video to use on their website and social channels.
