The room itself offered privacy with glass doors that could be closed, creating a calm, focused environment. It was equipped with everything you’d need for a productive meeting: a large table with comfortable chairs, a big TV complete with an HDMI cable for laptop connections, and a flip chart. On top of that, the branded stationery provided for each attendee was a lovely professional touch.
The team at The Bird also ensured we were well taken care of. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. We were also greeted with teas, coffees, water, and a delightful selection of fresh pastries.
A huge bonus was the free parking available right out front, making it so convenient for everyone to arrive stress-free.
At lunchtime, we were treated to a delicious spread of the chef’s special picks. The table was filled with an impressive selection, including Caesar salad lettuce cups, a feta and olive salad, pesto, olive oil and garlic pasta, and an antipasti board with chorizo slices, salami, and sourdough bread paired with plenty of butter pouches. There were also crispy pastry olive wheels, herbed new potatoes, and to finish it all off, a dessert board featuring pink macarons, chocolate orange cookies, and small flapjack bites. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.
The room was spacious, well-equipped, and the overall service was exceptional. It was the perfect venue for our meeting, and I would highly recommend The Bird, Bath Hotel, for anyone looking to host a meeting or event.
