The Total Guide to Team Spotlight: Ellie Benge

Our first Total Guide to Team Spotlight is all about our Digital Marketing Apprentice, Ellie Benge.

What has been your experience working with Total Guide to so far?

It has been a great so far. From day one, I've felt like an important part of a friendly team that's all about working together. I've learnt many things about myself since I’ve been here and the company has really helped me grow as a person. The supportive work environment has encouraged my professional growth, allowing me to take on challenges with confidence and continuously expand my knowledge base. Looking ahead, I’m excited to see what the future has in store for me at such a great company.

What does your average day look like?

My week at Total Guide has lots of variety, where no two days are the same. While I'm at the office every Wednesday, the rest of the time, I'm working from home, enjoying the flexibility that keeps things fresh. One thing that keeps me busy is adding events to our website for our clients. Then there's Basecamp, our CRM software, where I get to connect with clients, discuss and add what they would like promoted on our websites. Of course, every job comes with its challenges, from juggling multiple tasks to finding creative solutions, but there's never a dull moment and I really enjoy it.

What is your biggest accomplishments at Total Guide to so far?

I am an apprentice at Total Guide to and I am still working towards completing my level 3 in Digital Marketing. I have only been working at TGt for 9 months so I am excited to see what I can accomplish at Total guide to in the future.

Do you have any personal hobbies?

When I'm not at work, I like to read books in my spare time. There's nothing like getting lost in the pages of a great book! I also like to walk my dog. She’s getting quite old so we can’t go too far, but I do treasure every moment with her. I also like to travel, go on holiday, and see new places around the world.

We would love to know, what is your favourite food?

My favourite food is chocolate.

Where is your favourite place to visit in your local area?

I love to visit South Cerney Lakes. I always like to go down on a sunny evening with my family or friends and take a walk along the lakes, then enjoy some great stone baked pizza at the Pizzeria by one of the lakes.
