Cocktail Recipe: Christmas Day Prosecco Punch

Sub 13's seasonal Christmas Prosecco Punch looks amazing with all the fresh, seasonal fruits. It is also really zesty and refreshing.

This Christmas Day Prosecco Punch makes an excellent aperitif if you are having people over for dinner. It's also a great contrast to some of the richer drinks on the menu.

Ingredients:

• Vodka
• Prosecco
• Cranberry juice
• Pomegranate juice
• Orange Juice
• 2 limes
• 1 Clementine
• Cranberries
• Pomegranate seeds

Method:

In a punch bowl, combine cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, orange juice and the juice of 2 limes. Then add sliced lime, sliced clementines, fresh cranberries and fresh pomegranate seeds.

Finally, glug in half a bottle of vodka and a bottle of Prosecco and lots of ice!
