Greggs set to re-open in Bath THIS Thursday

That's right, it's the news we've all been waiting for... Greggs has confirmed its return of 800 stores this Thursday, including one in Bath!

Greggs, along with many other high street takeaway stores, sadly had to close their doors back in March to help stop the spread of coronavirus. With lockdown restrictions now easing, with the news that non-essential shops could open from Monday 15th June and fast food chains such as McDonalds and KFC re-opening, Greggs have now followed suit by re-opening 800 of their stores across the UK.

Greggs lovers in Bath who have been desperate for their steak bake or sausage roll will be pleased as the chain have decided to re-open one store in Bath to begin with - Southgate Street, located in Southgate Shopping Centre. It is unclear yet whether they will be offering a reduced menu or not.

Greggs plans to re-open all 2,050 stores by 1st July, although this is not yet certain.
