The first McDonald's Drive Thru re-opens in Bath

McDonald's have announced today (3rd June) that the first Bath restaurant is now opening for Drive-Thru only at Weston Lock Retail Park.

Last week, McDonald's lovers were pleased when the chain announced that they were gradually re-opening all of their restaurants for Drive-Thru or McDelivery only. Every day this week, McDonald's are announcing more and more locations that are opening - with Bath being one of them today.

The restaurant at Weston Lock Retail Park, near Twerton in Bath, has re-opened as of today offering a reduced menu which includes all your favourites including the Big Mac. The reduced menu is in place to ease the pressure on staff members who will be incredibly busy during this time.

A statement from CEO Paul Pomroy: "The wellbeing of our customers, employees and suppliers is of the greatest importance to us and we will continue to ensure our policies and procedures reflect the best available information from those authorities." 

Other Somerset restaurants which have re-opened include Frome, Minehead, Sparkford, Street, Yeovil, Taunton and Bridgwater.
