Recipe: Gin and Tonic by Widbrook Grange

We reached out to Matt at Widbrook Grange to show us how to mix his favourite gin and tonic.

To make this particular G&T - a cocktail that always goes down well at a BBQ or summer event - you will require the following:

• William Chase Elegant Crisp Gin
• 1724 Tonic Water
• Lots of ice
• 1 x slice of apple
• 1 x sprig of pineapple sage leaf (This particular one was grown in Widbrook Grove's own gardens!)

Directions

- Pour a single measure of WIlliam Chase over plenty of ice in a tall glass
- Top up with 1724 Tonic
- Garnish with the slice of apple and pineapple sage leaf
- Enjoy!

The fact that William Chase Elegant Crisp Gin is distilled in Great Britain using apples makes this the ideal gin for this G&T; perfectly complimenting the apple garnish.
