The Beefy Boys to open new restaurant in Bath in 2025

Award-winning burger brand The Beefy Boys has announced plans to open a new restaurant in Bath early next year.

The restaurant will be located at 24 Milsom Street, a prominent city centre site previously home to the Milsom Hotel and Loch Fyne restaurant.

The Beefy Boys, known for their American-style barbecue dishes and smashed patties, have earned international acclaim, including fourth place at the World Food Championships in Indianapolis. They also secured two accolades at the 2023 National Burger Awards, including Best Burger.

The menu at the new Bath location will feature their signature offerings, including the award-winning Beefy Boy Burger, made with grass-fed Herefordshire beef and topped with American cheese, bacon, lettuce, red onion, gherkin, Swiss cheese, and a signature sauce. Other highlights include the Oklahoma Onion Boy, featuring caramelised onions cooked into the patty, and the Peanut Butter and Jelly Boy, combining sweet and savoury flavours.

The brand, which started in 2011 as a backyard barbecue among four childhood friends, has grown into a popular dining option for food enthusiasts. The Bath restaurant marks their latest expansion into a historic city centre location, offering locals and visitors the chance to experience their bold and flavour-packed menu.
