A tail-wagging dining experience in Somerset

Dog lovers, get ready! A new restaurant in Somerset is set to welcome both you and your furry friends this December.

Bill’s, the latest addition to the popular Clarks Village shopping outlet in Street, is taking “dog-friendly” dining to a whole new level with its very own doggy menu.

“In 2023 Bill’s went on a mission; to go from being ‘Dog-Friendly’ to being ‘Dog-Focussed’. This is how the idea of our

Dog Menu came about, to make it clear that dogs are valued visitors too,” said Sheri Williamson, Marketing Director at Bill’s.

“Our bespoke dog offering includes a range of treats for dogs from Denzel’s, Marshfield’s Farm, and Woof & Brew. Check out our Instagram highlight called ‘Dogs of Bill’s’; it’s an overload of cuteness.

“We look forward to making more tails wag at Clarks Village.”

The announcement comes just as Clarks Village has been nominated for the DogFriendly Awards. As one of three UK finalists for the most dog-friendly shopping centre, the outlet is already celebrating its nomination. Winners will be revealed at a ceremony in London on Thursday, November 21.

Adding to the charm of this dog-centric venue is Dudley, Clarks Village’s beloved three-legged Hungarian Vizsla and honorary “Canine Executive Officer.”

Chris Davis, Centre Director at Clarks Village, said: “Bill’s is a brilliant addition to our line-up of brands, and guests are looking forward to its arrival with anticipation. Even better is the news that Bill’s will welcome dogs to dine with their owners, making the restaurant a paw-fect fit for our dog-friendly outlet.

“We’re also incredibly proud Clarks Village has been announced as a finalist in the DogFriendly Awards, recognising all our efforts to welcome guests with their canine companions and enjoy a day out together.”

Clarks Village boasts over 90 shops, including popular names like Jack Wills, Levi’s, Marks & Spencer, and FatFace, alongside dining options such as wagamama, Costa Coffee, and Pret A Manger. Open seven days a week, it offers a full day’s worth of shopping and dining for humans and their four-legged friends.
