Our Latest Tipple: Imperial Earl Grey Martini

Our latest cocktail-of-choice is regally inspired; the Imperial Earl Grey Martini.

50ml Hendricks Gin
75ml brewed Earl Grey water
25ml of gomme/sugar syrup
25ml of fresh lemon juice

Glassware: Martini Glass

1. Soak 2 Earl Grey tea bags in hot water, and wait for the tea to infuse.
2. Once cooled, measure 75ml into an ice-filled Boston shaker.
3. Pour in the remaining ingredients.
4. Shake and fine-strain into a chilled Martini glass.
