Jools Holland and his Rythm & Blues Orchestra announce a West Country date for the summer.
A sublimely talented pianist from an early age, Jools Holland has had a prolific recording career which has run in tandem with highly successful roles in broadcasting.
In the live music arena Jools continues to dazzle audiences across the UK with his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra and their exuberant performances.
The 20-piece orchestra consists of pianist, organist, drummer, three female vocals, guitar, bass guitar, two tenor saxophones, two alto saxophones, baritone saxophone, three trumpets, and four trombones.
Famed for their unique interpretations of original works, their popularity continues unabated, playing to audiences in excess of 300,000 every year.
Jools Holland and his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra are currently experiencing chart success with their latest album release, ‘The Golden Age of Song.’
Jools Holland and his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra featuring Gilson Lavis with special guest Roland Gift - the voice of Fine Young Cannibals and guest vocalists Ruby Turner and Louise Marshall will be performing on Sunday July 21st, at Westonbirt Arboretum.
