GUYS CAN COOK!

Cost: Free (funded by B&NES)

A 6-week course run by Bath Community Kitchen designed to give men a chance to learn new cookery skills, eat more healthily and enjoy the company of others. You will cover the basics of cookery and nutrition and learn to make a range of delicious, easy and cheap meals. Sessions are hands on, with expert tuition, and end with sitting down to eat together. Sessions will include meals to take home for your fridge/freezer!

In 1992 Harry Baker was born in Bath. In 2015 he was named captain of Poetry Team GB and allowed to take any two poets in the country with him to represent on the international stage. In 2025, these three poets will be reunited for one afternoon only for a double whammy recording of Harry’s podcast, ‘Something Borrowed’. One of these poets is multiple slam champion, Vanessa Kisuule and the other will be revealed soon.
