KOMEDIA LUNCHTIME CHOIR: ONLINE EDITION

The Komedia Lunchtime Choir is a FREE online choir, led by Matt Finch of MyPubChoir & ChoirLab20 and supported by Bath BID.

Earlier in 2020, we began this collaboration with a free lunchtime choir at the venue, but now that we can no longer meet physically, we are taking the choir online to bring the joy of singing directly to your home!

Singing is proven to reduce stress, and as we learn to rebalance living and working from home, the Komedia Lunchtime Choir: Online Edition is a great opportunity to take a break, find an escape through music and learn something new. 2020 has unfolded as a year in which we all need to find extra little ways to boost our mental wellbeing and music has the power to just that. There's no need to read music & no experience is necessary so you can switch off from the world for an hour, grab a hairbrush and sing like nobody is listening!

The choir will be streamed every Wednesday at 1pm (starting on 28 October), from Komedia’s auditorium and beamed directly to your living room, where you will be able to sing along in three-part harmony with Matt and his micro choir. Each weekly event will feature different songs, tips and advice on how to improve your singing and an opportunity to interact with other choir members via the comments section on the YouTube stream.
