NEW AUCTION HOUSE TEAM HOLD VALUATION DAY IN LECHLADE
THE NEW TEAM at RWB Auctions based in Royal Wootton Bassett are heading to Lechlade tomorrow for their first valuation day at the Memorial Hall.
The team, headed up by entrepreneur Jon White are offering free valuations at the hall in Oak Street between 10am and 3pm.
Local people can bring along any goods they want valued with no obligation to sell and they will meet a team of antiques experts who will be on hand to help.
“It’s fantastic to be able to start our tour of several places in Wiltshire and the Cotswolds to introduce ourselves as the new auction house based locally in Royal Wootton Bassett.
“This has long been a passion project of mine and I’m very proud that we’re now able to let people know all about RWB Auctions,” Jon said.
At 10am doors will open, and visitors can bring items for valuation including silver, gold, jewellery, coins, notes, furniture, art, ceramics and glass, toys and much more.
Any items sold are subject to fees of 10% buyers, 10% sellers and £10 lotting (plus VAT) and that’s the lowest in the South West.
The Wiltshire team will be holding their very first Antique & Fine Art auction on Wednesday January 17 and Thursday January 18 next year at the auction house situation in the High Street.
This event will be the start of regular auctions specialising in various areas of interest including: coins; toys; film and entertainment memorabilia; home and interiors; cars and militaria.
RWB Auctions will be the main business run by serial entrepreneur Jon White as he brings together his enterprises under one roof including Gold Traders, Britannia Coin Company and Old Bank Antiques which will continue to operate from next door. For more information visit https://www.rwbauctions.com
