SOUTH WEST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERT SHORTLISTED FOR MULTIPLE AWARDS

Jodie Fraser, CEO and founder of Fraser Allen Estate Management which operates across the Cotswolds and South-West, has been shortlisted for three business awards to recognise the achievements of her team as well as her own success.

Entrepreneur Jodie founded Fraser Allen Estate Management in 2016 and, under her direction, it has grown and now manages 40 blocks across the region. Jodie has been shortlisted in the categories of Female Entrepreneur of the Year, Business Leader of the Year and her company Business of the Year.

Jodie and her company are highly regarded across her sector and is seen as a thought-leader in her field. 

“It’s been an incredibly busy time since I set up the business almost eight years ago,” said Jodie, “and the desire to continually improve and make the business the best it can be never dims for me. I’m so grateful to the judges who have put me on the shortlists for these awards in recognition of how far we’ve come as a business and how many people now rely on our ability to provide a top-class service.”

The South-West Business & Community Awards celebrate the achievements of businesses, charities and inspirational individuals across the region. Categories include SME of the Year, Start-Up of the Year, Networker of the Year and Young Entrepreneur of the Year. 

Being shortlisted for awards is not new for Jodie, who has won numerous accolades since setting up Fraser Allen. In the last year Fraser Allen has become a corporate ambassador and charity partner for the Hollie Gazzard Trust, a Gloucester-based charity that helps protect women and girls from domestic abuse and provides education in schools in the UK. 

The Trust has developed a personal safety app that Jodie has rolled out to her staff and the company continues to support the Trust with awareness and fundraising initiatives. 

“Starting a business is an incredible adventure and is definitely not for the faint-hearted,” says Jodie. “But the rewards of building something that genuinely becomes part of a community, impacts people’s quality of life and can contribute to making a difference make it all worth it. I’m so fortunate to have an incredible team by my side, too, and being shortlisted for these awards is testament to the fantastic work they put in every day. I’m so proud to have them with me on this journey.”

The South West Business & Community Awards ceremony takes place on Thursday  February 1 at the DoubleTree Hilton Hotel in Swindon. Judges include well-known social entrepreneur, Nyasha Gwatidzo, and radio presenter, Mary Flavelle, who built the biggest female-only national network in the UK and was previously the UK’s Ambassador for Women.
