SOUTH WEST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BUSINESS EXPANDS INTO THE WEST MIDLANDS
Jodie Fraser, founder and managing director of Fraser Allen Estate Management is expanding her property business to the West Midlands.
Her award-winning residential block management company already has offices in Bristol and Cheltenham as well as managing developments in Bristol, Cheltenham, London, Bath and Wiltshire.
The new Fraser Allen office is located in Bromsgrove at the Basepoint Business Centre, Bromsgrove Enterprise Park. Jodie said: “The new office will provide the same block management service that we already offer from our other offices and will cover an area from Kidderminster to Bridgnorth.
“We work on an appointment only basis as we move between offices and are on site a lot meeting clients and contractors, but the office is always manned by the reception staff. We recently recruited two new members of staff to manage the additional work load: Alice Baker, Property Services Manager and Carol Gaston, Property Coordinator. Both are very competent and efficient and can always assist if necessary or pass on any messages or post.”
Fraser Allen Estate Management was incorporated in August 2016 and started trading 18 months later.
“I am really proud of what has been achieved in such a short space of time,” said Jodie,
“When I was growing up, the only place I felt safe was in my own home. When my career in property management started, I wanted to bring that feeling of safety to my clients by making sure they felt safe in their homes and that nothing was too much trouble. My vision for the company is and always has been to be known as an agent who cares and understands the needs of the client and to continue growing the business with an ethos based on trust and kindness.”
Fraser Allen is well respected in the industry and has already won a collection of awards that recognises Fraser Allen as a dementia-friendly business with an ethos for caring and compassion. Partly as a result of this ethos, Jodie won the 2020 Property Hero of the Year Award for ‘going that extra mile in an exceptional year’ and the business won the News on the Block’s Pandemic Response Award.
Jodie explained that sometimes they have to make hard calls and do things that are legally required, but which may upset or frustrate clients. She stressed though that everything they do is always done from a place of kindness, understanding and experience. She said: “I don’t see the properties we manage as buildings, but as homes that need to be looked after.”
