The exhibition also marks the unveiling of the development’s, following a public competition.
The exhibition will be held at St Andrews Community Church, Hawthorn Grove, Bath, BA2 5QD, from 12pm-7pm on Friday 11th and 10am–4pm on Saturday 12th July and will allow local people to view the blueprints and have their say on the development proposals.
Purchased by housing organisation Curo in 2013, plans are being formulated to regenerate the site with roughly 700 private and affordable homes, as well as a range of community facilities and open spaces.
The first exhibition in April attracted more 1,000 local people, over 200 of them filling in feedback forms after viewing the display materials.
Curo CEO Victor da Cunha says:
“We were delighted that so many people took the time to come and see our proposals for Foxhill at the last exhibition. We look forward to sharing the latest proposals with local residents and stakeholders on 11th and 12th July.
We’re also excited to be revealing the new name for the development. I’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who sent us a suggestion. It’s great to see so much interest in our plans for the area and to find out about the local stories that inspired many of the names”.
The exhibition materials will also be available to view online from 14th July, along with other information at www.foxhillregeneration.co.uk
