Today there was a change to our regular Bath BID Safe and Secure Night-time Economy meetings as in partnership with B&NES Violence Reduction Partnership we held two emergency first aid sessions provided by the StreetDoctors. The training had a particular focus on two areas. Firstly, how to respond in a situation when someone is bleeding when injured by a knife, and secondly what to do when someone is knocked out after a fight or an attack. The two sessions were sold out, and brought together security professionals, the Bath City Pastors and several of Bath's late night venues who left with the knowledge of what to do if ever faced with one of these unfortunate events in the future. Big thanks to Tilly Boa for delivering the sessions and The Forum, Bath for hosting! Bath BID Bath & North East Somerset Council Sophia McKenzie Bryn Williams Allison Herbert
