Summer weddings are always great fun, however picking the perfect outfit can be quite the challenge! Top blogger Stephanie Dreams gives us her top-tips for wedding guest chic..

What to wear to a wedding, that is the question we all seem to ask ourselves almost every summer! I love weddings, being a guest makes me giddy with excitement, not only can I buy I new outfit but I also love seeing others dressed up in their posh frocks and suits too.

A wedding guest’s outfit can be a little tricky at times though, living in the UK makes the weather a little unpredictable, you'll be on your feet the majority of the day and you don't want to look like you've tried too hard whilst looking a million dollars "Oh this old thing!"

I've picked some outfits that would be perfect for any sort of wedding and they'd even see you through to Autumn - just add an extra layer or two.

The first one is very young and fun, it's easy to wear and it's the grab and go type outfit that I love. The pastel blue colour is so on trend for this season, the cute shoes are easy to walk in. The bag glams everything up and is such a statement in itself.

The second outfit is my favourite of them all! I'm loving trousers at the moment, and it's totally okay to ditch the skirts and cover your legs up. These tailored fit ones make your legs like as long as Kate Moss’, and they're so effortlessly chic. I decided to pair them with some killer heels, all round a very sophisticated look, but one that is so easy and casual too.

Outfit Three is the most traditional wedding guest look of all. The bright blue dress makes it eye catching, but the simple style makes it very wearable. The jacket is amazing, and changes the dress up even more - so easy to pop on and off through the day and for the photos. I've finished this look with a simple two toned necklace, again this is very sophisticated and of the moment.
