The Cotswold Company has opened a newstore in the historic city of Bath.Located at 12 Northgate Street, Bath, BA1 5AS, the space which spans over 4000 square feet promises to immerse customers in an atmosphere communicating the brand's Cotswolds inspired aesthetic. Brimming with character, the store which is the ninth of the brands retail spaces in the UK boasts stunning Georgian architecture, complete with beautiful skylights and a remarkable arched ceiling at the rear of the space. Situated in a premium shopping location with neighbouring high-end retailers and views of Bath Abbey.

We are delighted to offer residents and visitors to the city an opportunity to discover and explore our ever-expanding quality homeware and handcrafted furniture collections, whether they are new season additions or our much-loved classics covering all areas within the home. Customers can anticipate a curated collection of some customer favourites including the Chester, Berkley and Winchcombe ranges as well as home accessories, including exclusively designed soft furnishings, quality faux florals, and hotel-quality bed linen and quilts.”
The store comprises of 3 living and dining spaces, featuring a select edit of kitchen and office furniture, along with five bedrooms showcasing the brand's best-selling mattresses, which customers are welcome to try out. Included within the selection is the Pure Natural collection, handmade exclusively for The Cotswold Company in Dartmoor, Devon, using all-natural materials. Each room space aims to showcase the breadth of furniture design styles the brand has to offer, inspiring customers to play and be confident with colour, finish, and accessory combinations.
At the heart of the store is the design hub, where customers can browse upholstery drapes and sofa shapes, with complimentary fabric and paint swatches to take home and plan their next interior design project. Customers can also explore a chair wall and mini cabinet wall for an overview of available finishes and shapes.
Customers visiting the store, which originally opened on Thursday, 14th December 2023, will receive a warm welcome from the store manager and a team of home experts who will be on hand to assist with design advice and product inquiries. Also, on display within the store space will be Cotswold-inspired floral installations by floral artist Bex Partridge, whose natural and ethereal designs seamlessly blend with the store's magnificent architecture.
