Watson will occupy the full-back role while Rokoduguni will be on the right wing.
Surrey-born Watson has been a part of the Bath squad since his 2013 move from London Irish and has gone on to score 65 points in 63 games while Rokoduguni has been around since his 2012 graduation from the academy.
Leinster will be Bath's third and final pre-season match, following a 14-20 win over Leeds Carnegie and a 32-17 victory against Scarlets.
