Watson was dismissed from the action following a dangerous tackle on an airborne Alex Goode, sparking a flury of activity which then saw the England winger exchange heated discussions with referee Greg Garner and officials.
Watson came before a RFU disciplinary panel for the combined incident of both the illegal tackle and the use of abusive language towards a fourth official, and was deemed to be worthy of a two week suspension.
An RFU spokesman has confirmed the 22-year-old pleaded guilty to both charges and will now be available for selection again on April 25.
Given the nature of the incident Watson could have been subject to a much lengthier ban, meaning his prospects of attending England's tour of Australia were hanging in the balance.
Watson faced an eight week ban in total, under World Rugby's sanction guidelines, but instead received just one week on each guilty count. He will now be free to travel with the England national side.
The upcoming Sale Sharks double header falls will see the winger watch from the stands, but Watson will be available to Mike Ford for selection for Bath Rugby's end of season clashes against Northampton and Leicester.
Prior to the decision outcome, Bath Rugby head coach Mike Ford told national media: "We prepared a good case for Anthony," he said.
"The sending off, no matter what he thinks, was careless, and the referee was right to show him the red card under the letter of the law.
"In terms of misconduct, players have to keep their reactions in check."
