Bath Rugby show off new recruit Kahn Fotuali'i
Bath Rugby are this week welcoming another face to Farleigh, as Samoan scrum-half Kahn Fotuali'i becomes the latest recruit to don the Blue, Black and White ahead of the 2016/17 season.
A consistent, skilful half-back, Fotuali’i is dynamic around the field, and a clever manager of the game. He has a huge wealth of experience to call on, having previously represented the Crusaders, Ospreys and Northampton Saints.
He made his try-scoring, match winning debut for Samoa in 2010 against Japan, and has gone on to represent his nation a further 27 times to date, most recently at the 2015 Rugby World Cup.
“I’m really excited to be joining Bath,” Fotuali’i said.
“They have an exciting, attacking ethos, which I’m looking forward to being part of, and I really like the focus that is put on individual development of players.
"You can always continue to learn as a player, so I’m looking forward to getting started and preparing for the season ahead.”
Toby Booth, First Team Coach, added: “Kahn is a fantastic player, and a serious competitor who loves to win.
"This, along with his experience, will bring added leadership and competitiveness to our squad, which will no doubt push it forward.”
