Bath Rugby's George Ford and Jonathan Joseph help guide England to win over Wales

Bath Rugby's George Ford and Jonathan Joseph were both in action as England secured a late win over rivals Wales in the Six Nations.

Fellow Bath man Taulupe Faletau came on as a 53rd-minute replacement for Wales but could not inspire his nation to a win at the Principality Stadium.

Luke Charteris, also Bath and Wales, missed out through injury.

Joseph played 65 minutes for the Red Rose but found himself being replaced by Eddie Jones with 15 minutes to go for Ben Te'o but Ford lasted the entire 80 minutes.

Ford was mostly trumped by his opposite number Dan Biggar, the man-of-the-match, however the want-away Bath fly-half played his part in the defining try four minutes from time.

The 23-year-old collected a long punt up field and shifted the ball to Owen Farrell who spotted Elliott Daly on the outside and Daly burst through the Welsh defence to make it two wins from two for Grand Slam holders England.
