Noguera to Make Bath Rugby Debut Against Sale Sharks

Lucas Noguera will make his Bath Rugby debut against Sale Sharks at the AJ Bell Stadium on Saturday, kick-off 15:00.

The Argentinian international will line-up at loosehead prop alongside Michael van Vuuren and Henry Thomas.

Charlie Ewels and Elliott Stooke form the second row pairing, with Matt Garvey at blindside flanker. The Bath Rugby captain will be joined in the back row by Paul Grant and Francois Louw, who was named Man of the Match in last weekend’s 26-21 victory against Toulon at the Recreation Ground.

Kahn Fotuali’i starts in the number nine shirt, with Freddie Burns looking to pull the strings at fly-half. Rhys Priestland switches to inside centre for the Aviva Premiership clash, and will link-up with Matt Banahan in the midfield.

Jack Wilson comes into the starting line-up on the right wing, with Aled Brew and Anthony Watson completing an explosive back three for the trip north.
