France - one of the best sides under pressure. When everyone writes them off they are still able to perform.

South Africa - pretty sure they will slip up either against Scotland or in the Quarters.

Louis Picamoles - the French No 8 - looks like he has worked really hard during the off season.

1991 Wales v Western Samoa - I was there!

What is your favourite memory of World Cups past, and why?

Jonah Lomu in 1995 - he totally dominated the tournament and Tim Warren in 1999 - the Australian centre.

What does the Rugby World Cup mean to you?

Now I've retired from the game - being able to experience the hype and tension of the Nations as a spectator.
