Three at Bath Rugby extend their deals at the club
Rhys Priestland, Max Clark and Tom Homer have all put pen-to-paper to sign extended deals at Bath Rugby.
Priestland, capped 48 times by Wales, initially signed a two-year deal in the summer of 2015 when he joined at the Scarlets but Bath have put to bed speculation of him leaving the club this year with the news of his extension.
The fly-half, who has appeared in the Blue, Black and White 27 times and scored 101 points to date.
Clark graduated from the Bath Rugby academy and was promoted to the first-team this season and scored his first try for the club in the win over champions Saracens last month.
Tom Homer meanwhile initially signed on the dotted line at the Recreation Ground just under two years ago and has gone on to have a number of impressive games, especially when George Ford has been away on international duty.
Todd Blackadder, Director of Rugby at Bath, is delighted that all three have agreed to extend their contracts.
“Rhys, Max and Tom are all really integral members of the squad, and it’s great news for the Club going forward that they have agreed to stay here.
"They are all at slightly different stages in their careers – Max having just broken through into the first team, Tom is continuing to show his quality and consistency this season at fullback, whilst Rhys is a hugely experienced, world-class international who has been unlucky with injury this season – but they are really excited about the future with Bath.”
