Winger Williams Extends Signs Contract Extension With Bath Rugby
Jeff Williams has extended his contract with Bath Rugby, which will see the winger stay at the Club for another season.
The former England Sevens star made his debut for the West Country side in the bonus point win over London Irish in November, and has settled in well to life at Bath.
“I’m really enjoying being at Bath, and I’m excited to be staying another year,” said Williams.
“It’s a great environment to be involved in and I feel like I’m constantly improving as a player. Bath is a fantastic city to live in, and I’ve really settled in well so I didn’t have any hesitation about staying," he added.
First Team Coach, Toby Booth, added: “Jeff is a brilliant person to have in the squad. His enthusiastic attitude is infectious and he is pushing himself every day to improve.
"As he acclimatises himself more with the 15-man game he will be even more effective for us, so we’re looking forward to working with him for another season and allowing him to continue developing and challenging for a place in the matchday squad.”
