Bath Sports and Leisure Centre and Keynsham Leisure Centre are making this dream a reality with their WellBeing Week, running from 18 to 24 November.
Picture this: energising fitness classes, calming swims, and fun-filled trampoline sessions that make you feel like a kid again.
During GLL’s national Open Weekend on 23 and 24 November, you’ll even get free day passes to dive deeper into what these centres have to offer.
The options are endless - strength classes, aerobics, and complimentary gym access for those who crave a challenge, or NHS health checks and mindfulness workshops for those focused on self-care.
There’s even a quirky Dress to De-Stress session, where you can tap into the joy of costume play with Bath Theatrical Costume Hire.
Barnaby Rich, GLL’s local partnership manager, puts it best:
“It’s a great opportunity for anyone wanting to try out different sessions and workshops to come along and give them a go. Maintaining and improving health is all about looking after your mind as well as your body, and we understand how important a role leisure centres play in that. Everyone is welcome.”
Families, don’t feel left out! Keynsham Leisure Centre is bringing the fun with soft play sessions, a bouncy inflatable zone, children’s swimming lessons, and a family fun swim to create lasting memories.
