Bath Business Improvement District (Bath BID) is an independent, not for profit, business-led initiative working to create the environment for businesses in Bath to succeed.

Services:

RANGER SERVICES: The core of Bath BID's business – maintaining, cleaning and making the city centre better.

SAFE AND SECURE BATH: Marshals, radio and support for businesses in the night-time economy to work together so that the public can enjoy a good and safe night out in Bath.

WELCOME AMBASSADORS: Providing a warm and informed welcome for visitors to the city centre.

THE BATH GIFT CARD: The best of Bath in one little card. A pre-paid Mastercard that can be spent at over 200 different shops, hotels, restaurants and attractions.

GRIST TRADE WASTE PARTNERSHIP: The Bath BID and SUEZ partnership is a cost-effective, citywide trade waste and recycling service discounted for Bath BID levy payers.

PLACE INTELLIGENCE: Footfall, sales and visitor profiling via the Smart City Data Project to help individual businesses and the city as a whole plan for the future and monitor the city’s performance.

PROMOTIONS & CAMPAIGNS: To bring visitors to the city, encourage them to stay longer and spend more, e.g. floral displays, event sponsorship and festive season support. Have something to shout about? Share your news!
